On the outside you look like you have it all together, but you know better. Your mind has become a battlefield.

After going through a stressful event, it's common to feel disconnected, anxious, and fearful. You might start to wonder if this is the "new normal," and doubt you'll ever be able to fully engage in the things you enjoy, feel close to others, or be at ease again in the world. I'm here to tell you that there is a way out. And I want to help you get there.

I primarily offer therapy services through video-teleconferencing. This allows you to connect from home or a private office. Most people find online therapy is more convenient and easier to fit into their busy schedules. I offer both evening and weekend slots for my online clients. Online therapy is available to all California residents. |
I offer a few in person slots at my downtown San Francisco and Oakland offices, when available. You may prefer an in-person format if you do not have a private place to connect for your sessions, you need a service that I do not offer online, such as virtual reality therapy, or you do not have reliable internet service. |
