For Women And Non-Binary Individuals Who Have Experienced Trauma/PTSD
STAIR (Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation), is an evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapy that aims to increase emotional awareness and coping skills, and improve social relationships. STAIR does not require processing of traumatic memories, meaning you don't need to talk about your memories in detail with other group members. The program is designed for individuals struggling with PTSD symptoms. It is highly encouraged to attend all sessions as the content builds on the previous week each week. The group will be offered through a HIPAA compliant telemedicine platform. This means you can join the group from home each week, or anywhere you have privacy, a computer/laptop/tablet, and an internet connection! A closed group means that no members can join after the group begins, which creates a safe environment for all members to share and learn together.
